Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bwt939 ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bwt939.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise accessing any part of bwt939, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. bwt939 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bwt939, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted only one (1) registered Account on bwt939. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address, must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by the Operator from the Platform.
• Own Funds: You must deposit and bet using funds that belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illicit source.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be registering and playing in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or third-party accounts are not permitted.

Jurisdiction & Legal Context

Account Registration

To access the full features of bwt939, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal details and create secure login credentials.

• Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. bwt939 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login details.
• Notification of Breach: If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify bwt939 support immediately at [email protected].
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. Outdated information may result in verification failures or delayed withdrawals.
• Verification: bwt939 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. You agree to cooperate with all reasonable verification requests by supplying accurate supporting documents including, but not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Document Integrity: You must never submit altered, doctored, obscured or falsified identity documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bwt939 Platform are processed in accordance with the Operator's current payment procedures. Currency displayed on the platform may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or other supported currencies as available.

• Deposit Methods: Available deposit methods are displayed within your Account. Methods may vary and are subject to change. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are familiar local references for Pakistani users and do not imply endorsement by those providers.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are stated within the Platform's cashier section. Depositing below the minimum will not result in the credit being applied.
• KYC Prior to Withdrawal: Identity verification must be satisfactorily completed before any withdrawal can be processed. bwt939 may request additional verification for high-value withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the payment provider's own timelines. bwt939 does not guarantee specific processing speeds.
• Own Payment Methods: You must only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• No Money Laundering: bwt939 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate personal funds may be refused, and suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Fees: bwt939 does not currently charge withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are beyond bwt939's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus terms apply unless superseded by promotion-specific rules:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (as stated in the specific promotion terms). Placing bets above this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute at lower rates or may be excluded entirely. Consult the applicable contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period specified in the promotion terms (commonly 7–30 days). Unexpired, un-wagered bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions cap the amount of winnings derived from bonus funds that may be withdrawn. This cap is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum Deposit for Bonus: A minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate most deposit bonuses. Deposits below the specified threshold will not trigger bonus credit.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bwt939 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, event or market. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the User, except where the Platform's specific rules permit cancellation within a defined window.
• Error Correction: bwt939 reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements that result from manifest errors in odds, pricing or system malfunctions. This includes but is not limited to incorrect odds published for Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches or ICC tournament games.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by market and event type.
• In-Play Betting: Live/in-play betting is offered on selected markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn at any point. bwt939 is not liable for connectivity interruptions that prevent a User from placing or viewing in-play bets.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: Rules for postponed or abandoned sporting events (including cricket matches) are published in the Platform's sport-specific rules section. In general, bets on events that do not commence within a specified window are voided and stakes are returned.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) games operate using certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are independent, random and cannot be influenced. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages over long periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwt939 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration details or identity documents.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for natural human use.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in relation to events available for betting on the Platform.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to other users or to bwt939 without authorisation.
• Sharing login credentials or accessing the Platform through shared or proxied connections for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.

Account Suspension & Closure

bwt939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or where required for regulatory, legal or security reasons.

• On Breach: Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms (including fraud, underage gambling or prohibited conduct), any balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part.
• Voluntary Closure: Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy policies. Any applicable dormancy fees or procedures will be communicated to the User in advance in accordance with the Platform's current policy.
• Contested Closure: If you believe your Account has been incorrectly closed or suspended, you may contact support with supporting information. bwt939 will review contested closures within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bwt939 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface design, software, game assets, odds data, betting markets, page layouts and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bwt939 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from bwt939.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwt939 and its officers, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether resulting from Platform errors, connectivity failures or the inherent outcome uncertainty of gambling.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.

• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including processing delays, rejected transactions or fees applied independently of bwt939.
• The content of third-party websites that may be referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by bwt939 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

bwt939 collects only the data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Your personal data is not sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data is protected using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Amendments to These Terms

bwt939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bwt939 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

bwt939 encourages Users to contact support in the first instance to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the User may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism described in the operator's licensing conditions.
